Optical Jukebox Refurbishment Process

Our Jukebox and OSAR refurbishment process includes:

Complete preventative maintenance of the library and drives; to include thorough inspection, cleaning and lubrication of all internal components. (per Filenet specifications)
Inspect belts, pulleys, bearings, bushings, reflective targets, vertical and horizontal shafts, grippers, solenoids, sensors, rail wipers, ribbon cables and axis drive cables.
Replace any worn or defective parts.
Check and adjust; power supplies, sensor alignments, gripper latches, belt tensions, cable tension, electronic balances, reflective abject sensors, horizontal alignment, fans, I/O station operation, and all fasteners.
Complete customer testing of library and drives; to include extensive testing of all library operations and mechanisms, complete functional drive test with reading, writing, and data compare.
Certification of OSAR library and drives for warranty.
