Our Jukebox and OSAR refurbishment process includes:
- Complete preventative maintenance of the library and drives; to include thorough inspection, cleaning and lubrication of all internal components. (per Filenet specifications)
- Inspect belts, pulleys, bearings, bushings, reflective targets, vertical and horizontal shafts, grippers, solenoids, sensors, rail wipers, ribbon cables and axis drive cables.
- Replace any worn or defective parts.
- Check and adjust; power supplies, sensor alignments, gripper latches, belt tensions, cable tension, electronic balances, reflective abject sensors, horizontal alignment, fans, I/O station operation, and all fasteners.
- Complete customer testing of library and drives; to include extensive testing of all library operations and mechanisms, complete functional drive test with reading, writing, and data compare.
- Certification of OSAR library and drives for warranty.
